Bizmoni Users and Partners Map
Jose Graca | Bizmoni | November 2026
As of 04 Nov 2026
This map is rebuilt on the live Bizmoni site, the pitch deck and the one pager. It replaces the groups on the earlier maps with the ones the new material names.
Bizmoni is the AI Business Network, one platform to run the business, manage the money and build relationships. Business services, training and an AI mentor sit alongside it.
As you asked, it gives one count for users who need Bizmoni (section A) and one count for corporate partners worth approaching (section B), each split by type and size, with who usually makes the call.
The two counts
Counts are US firms with employees, banded on purpose. Bizmoni describes itself as a global organization, so these are the US slice. Consulting firms and agencies sit on both sides in Bizmoni's own words, so the two counts overlap and are not added together. Rows marked A are users and rows marked B are partners. A group with no clean public count says so rather than showing a number.
| Group | Organizations in the US | Under 20 staff | 20 to 99 | 100 to 499 | 500 or more |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A. Consulting firms and agencies | about 240,000 | about 230,000 | about 9,400 | about 2,300 | about 1,200 |
| A. Small business owners, startups and growing companies, across every industry | no clean public count | ||||
| A. Entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and side businesses with no staff | no clean public count | ||||
| B. Consulting, recruiting and executive search, agency, law and accounting firms | about 540,000 | about 510,000 | about 22,000 | about 4,600 | about 2,200 |
| B. Executive coaches and Business Partners who refer | no clean public count | ||||
| B. Corporate clients, institutions and enterprise partnerships | no clean public count |

A. Users who need Bizmoni
In its own words Bizmoni is for entrepreneurs, small business owners, consultants, agencies, startups and growing companies, from solo owners up to firms of several hundred people.
| Group | Size | Who usually makes the call | What moves the decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consulting firms and agencies | Under 20 staff | Founder, owner or managing partner | Client work, payments and follow-up in one place, and a steady flow of new clients |
| Consulting firms and agencies | 20 staff or more | Managing partner or COO, with the head of operations | Fewer separate tools, and automation that takes admin off billable staff |
| Small business owners and owner-operators | Under 20 staff | The owner | Running sales, money and contacts without a tech or ops team |
| Startups and growing companies | Growing teams | Founder or CEO, with the first operations or finance hire | One system that keeps up as the team grows, plus help with hiring and raising capital |
| Established businesses and scale-ups | Larger teams | CEO or COO, with the heads of sales and finance | Sales, payments and partner work joined up across teams, and AI that runs routine steps |
| Entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and side businesses | No staff | The individual, buying for themselves | Getting started, and earning from services inside the network |
B. Corporate partners worth approaching
Bizmoni names two partner tracks. Business Partners refer businesses into the network. Growth Partners implement Bizmoni for clients, train them and advise them, and the deck adds partners that sell recruitment, HR, legal and accounting into the network.
| Group | Track it fits | Size | Who usually makes the call |
|---|---|---|---|
| Management and business consulting firms | Growth Partner | Under 20 staff | Founder or managing partner |
| Management and business consulting firms | Growth Partner | 20 staff or more | Managing partner, with the practice lead or head of partnerships |
| Recruiting and executive search firms | Growth Partner | Any size | Owner or managing director, and the head of business development at larger firms |
| Marketing, advertising and PR agencies | Growth Partner | Any size | Founder or agency principal, and the CEO or head of partnerships at larger agencies |
| Law firms | Growth Partner, legal services | Any size | Managing partner |
| Accounting and bookkeeping firms | Growth Partner, accounting services | Any size | Managing partner or owner |
| Executive coaches and independent specialists | Growth Partner | Mostly solo | The coach or specialist |
| Businesses that refer other businesses | Business Partner | Any size | The owner |
| Corporate clients, institutions and enterprise partnerships | Outside the two tracks, a custom enterprise plan | Large organizations | Head of partnerships, alliances or business development |
What each partner group is weighing
| Group | What moves the decision |
|---|---|
| Consulting firms | A new service line to sell, and recurring revenue from clients they already serve |
| Recruiting and executive search firms | Clients who are already growing and hiring, met inside one network |
| Agencies | A platform to set up for their clients, plus client leads from the network |
| Law and accounting firms | Small business clients who need them, reached in one place |
| Coaches and referrers | Recurring referral rewards for introductions they already make |
| Corporate partners | A clear joint program and a named contact on each side |
How to read the two counts
The user count covers consulting firms and agencies only, the one user group in Bizmoni's own words with a clean public count. Small business owners, startups and growing companies span every industry, and solo owners and side businesses have no staff, so neither has a clean count. The real user pool is wider than the number shown.
The partner count covers the firm types Bizmoni names for its Growth Partner track, which are consulting, recruiting and executive search, marketing, advertising and PR agencies, and law and accounting firms. Coaches, referrers and corporate partners have no clean public count, so they sit outside it.
